Linda L. Skrobot-manager and owner, Linda has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry.   The people she serves in our new cafe are immediately taken by her friendliness and efficiency.  Because of this the business continues to grow even in this hidden-away part of historic Covington. 

Caitlin Hall-a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, Caitlin has been with us almost since the beginning.  The cakes she produces are amazing and so rich, they should be against the law.  We are pleased to have someone with such talent and experience helping to guide us to culinary perfection.

Natalie Barnard- Natalie brings such a wonderful personality to our team.  She only works a few nights a week for us, but yet she is amazing in her abililty to remember perfectly how to make each drink and dish.  Again we are pleased that her engaging personality makes such a pleasant environment.
